Since my sister and daughter are both chiropractors we hear a lot about healthy backs and posture. Here's a tip about good posture while sitting to make you look thinner. (supposedly it can also help you slim down...) Keep your waist long by imagining there is a vertical toothpick in the space between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips. Not slumping in a chair will help to not crowd your internal organs. Simple is sometimes the best!
